  • Represent and uphold all LUX values and standards.
  • Drive LUX Mission Statement daily with yourself, peers, and employees. ● Schedule employees for all events.
  • Manage employee time off requests.
  • Communicate with employees regarding scheduling needs.
  • Attend BEO and production meetings to maximize the outcome of success for each event and staff.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all department managers and event producers regarding event processes.
  • Upload and attach event information into scheduling software for all events. ● Weekly event projections. 30, 60, 90 days out.
  • Work with staffing agencies and FOH Manager when a need arises for temporary help with upcoming events.
  • Assist in creating policies and training to better event procedures and staff development.
  • Assist with department training on elevated service techniques.
  • Willing to work any event when needed.
  • Ensure that all leads and event staff are adhering to LUX standards and processes. ● Attend on-site training when needed to ensure that each and every employee has the opportunity to grow and advance within LUX.
  • Maintain a healthy and professional work environment for employees.
  • Be available to help and support employees and other department managers at any given time.
  • Attend and progress through all LUX Leadership training.


  • Relevant work experience 3-5 years experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, most importantly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using HR software and HRMS databases required; Paylocity experience preferred.
  • Obtain ServSafe certification, food handlers permit and alcohol certification ● Legal driver's license and clean driving record
