As the Office Manager for The LUX Group, you will oversee the daily operations of our office to ensure a seamless, elevated environment that reflects the sophistication and elegance of our luxury brand. You will provide world-class administrative support to all departments, including HR, accounting, marketing, and the executive team, while upholding The LUX Group’s uncompromising standards of service and hospitality across the family of brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Integration-Support the administrative needs of The LUX Group family of brands—LUX Catering, Market Catering, DRNK, LHG, and LUX Floral—ensuring that all office operations reflect the high-end standards of each.
  • Technology Excellence-Provide proactive support for all office technology systems, ensuring that they function seamlessly to support the efficiency and productivity of all teams.
  • Client Experience-Welcome clients, partners, and visitors with a service level that embodies The LUX Group’s luxury standards. Ensure client-facing spaces are always polished and present a refined, sophisticated atmosphere.
  • Executive-Level Support-Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, managing schedules, communications, and special projects with exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination-Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external events, ensuring that logistics and hospitality are flawlessly handled. Coordinate executive travel and client-facing meeting logistics to ensure a smooth and luxurious experience
  • HR & Team Engagement-Partner with HR to implement employee recognition programs that enhance a positive, high-performance culture. Facilitate onboarding processes that seamlessly introduce new hires to The LUX Group’s luxury brand culture.
  • Operational Excellence-Maintain an impeccably organized and functional office environment, managing office supplies, budgets, and operational processes to ensure that all details contribute to a professional, high-end atmosphere.
  • Communication Stewardship-Manage company-wide communications, ensuring that internal messaging, announcements, and updates reflect the brand’s sophisticated voice and maintain alignment with The LUX Group’s standards.
  • Accounting Support-Assist the accounting team with accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking payments, and creating weekly A/R reports to ensure financial accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience - 3-5 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or in a high-level administrative role, ideally within a luxury, hospitality, or service-focused industry. a plus
  • Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in office software systems, including MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of QuickBooks and advanced spreadsheet management is a plus. 
  • Luxury Service Mindset - A passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to create a refined office environment.
  • Professionalism & Confidentiality - Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, particularly when supporting the executive team or handling sensitive projects.
  • Adaptability - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
