Election Night Event
Hosted at the Natural History Museum of Utah for 250 distinguished guests, this Election Night celebration blended patriotic energy with elevated hospitality. Designed for Metro Aviation and produced in partnership with Delia Jeffcoat Events, the evening balanced spectacle, seamless flow, and thoughtful culinary storytelling.
The Menu
Dinner featured immersive stations inspired by American landscapes. Guests explored the Mountain station with chef-carved Wasatch Farm tomahawk and campfire hash served from cast iron Dutch ovens, the Meadow station with whiskey-glazed chicken lollipops and acorn squash risotto, and the Canyon station with Utah sliders and pulled pork. The layout encouraged movement, conversation, and a sense of discovery throughout the Canyon Room.
The Bar
The molecular bar program added a dynamic layer to the evening. Clear signature cocktails were served exclusively during cocktail hour in the museum hallway, including a Clear Old Fashioned and a Clear and Clean Colada, ensuring beverages remained exhibit-safe while still feeling celebratory. Later, smoked Old Fashioneds and pomegranate mules topped with rosemary filled bubbles became interactive moments guests gravitated toward.
The Style
Production and floral design elevated the patriotic theme into something modern and immersive. Projection mapped animations of a bald eagle in flight and an American flag in motion filled the Canyon Room, while chrome arches, metallic spheres, and lush white florals with deep red and blue accents created sculptural moments at entrances, stages, and lounges. Every detail was intentional, resulting in an evening that felt powerful, polished, and distinctly American without feeling expected.
