LUX x Reverie No. 1
Reverie is an immersive, seven-course supper experience designed to blur the line between dinner and dream. Hosted at Spy Hop Rooftop, the venue was transformed into a layered sensory environment where projection-mapped walls, scent, and sound reshaped the space into something atmospheric and intentional.
The Menu
Seven courses unfolded in deliberate progression, each conceived as a stage of a dream. The evening began lightly with hay-smoked custard and apple skin muesli, moved through highland chicories and sunset-timed squash at 7:08, deepened into blue spruce–smoked bison with juniper demi and venison layered with black currant, and closed with pumpkin brûlée paired with a quiet poem. Each course was introduced live by the chef, guiding the room through a structured sensory arc rather than a traditional meal.
Exclusive By design
Seating was intentionally limited and arranged around a single communal table of creatives, planners, and cultural leaders. The venue remained undisclosed until two weeks prior, reinforcing anticipation and intimacy. No two Reverie evenings are replicated. Each is seasonal, conceptual, and designed to linger long after the final course.
