Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a barista, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to the
    highest standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
  • Prepare and present menu items consistently by following recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and bussing tables.
  • Ensure display cases are fully stocked with ready-to-sell items.
  • Execute additional cafe duties such as the POS system and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a barista preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to cleanliness and organization.
  • A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
