Gavin & Brook’s Garden Wedding
Gavin and Brook’s wedding reception transformed a private Holladay estate into a fully immersive garden celebration for 400 guests. Designed to use every corner of the property, the evening unfolded across lawns, poolside lounges, bridges, and pergolas, culminating in a fireworks send-off under the late summer sky.
The Menu
Dinner was built as a series of interactive stations woven throughout the grounds, encouraging movement and discovery. Guests enjoyed charcuterie cones, a street taco bar featuring pollo asada and quesabirria, artisan salad cups, and fresh watermelon skewers, each presented on styled rolling carts that became part of the design landscape.
Dessert & Drinks
Dessert activated a playful energy shift with a full gelato bar offering chocolate hazelnut, peach, and raspberry sorbet, alongside a live cotton candy station made fresh in front of guests. Multiple water stations and infused welcome drinks ensured hospitality remained seamless for a guest count of this scale.
The Style
Our in-house floral and design team layered southern smilax throughout gates, pergolas, fountains, bridges, carts, and bars, accented by Peach Xpression roses, blue delphinium, hydrangea, and bronze amaranthus. The florals framed every station and architectural feature, turning the residence into a cohesive, lush garden experience from arrival to fireworks.
