An intimate rehearsal dinner for 43 guests set the tone for the wedding weekend at The Wild Oak. Designed as a candlelit, plated experience, the evening felt layered, romantic, and quietly indulgent.

The Menu

Dinner opened with champagne and strawberry salad and warm demi baguettes, followed by Double R Ranch New York steak and pan-seared salmon, served with seasonal Utah vegetables, potatoes dauphinoise, and haricot vert.

Dessert

Dessert concluded with Ritual Chocolate dark chocolate crèmeux, finished with cocoa crumble and vanilla bean ice cream.

Tableside Romance

Brushed gold flatware, heirloom linen plates, and cloud-toned faille napkins elevated the tabletop design. The aesthetic was understated yet intentional, creating a dinner that felt intimate, polished, and undeniably romantic.
