Happy World Pasta Day! The best pasta dish I’ve ever had was of course in Italy – may I recommend the lasagna in Verona!? However, if you can’t make it to Italy to celebrate this delicious foodie day take a look in your pantry and put together the necessaries for one of our best sellers: Baked Mac and Cheese. We probably make this dish at least once a week for clients. It’s our go-to lunch option for corporate luncheons. Especially when paired with our delicious Italian focaccia sandwiches made with focaccia fresh from our in-house bakery!

This is an easy yet delicious recipe and with the lower temperatures approaching, it’s the perfect dish to warm you from the inside out.
