- Forge lasting relationships with a diverse clientele ranging from individuals to large corporations.
- Seamlessly integrate with our Experience Concierge to craft tailored event plans that capture the client’s vision.
- Swiftly create proposals, drawing on internal teams to meet tight deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Meticulously plan event specifics with clients, ensuring a flawless execution from start to finish.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with our design and logistics maestros to perfect every aspect of the event.
- Identify opportunities to enhance events with innovative additions like custom florals and unique design elements.
- Lead and inspire internal teams to bring each client’s vision to life, ensuring every detail is in place.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings to ensure all event components are aligned.
- Communicate effectively with rental vendors to secure necessary items and services for events.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop detailed timelines and logistics plans for each event.
What You’ll Bring:
- A proven track record of at least two years in event planning or a similar field.
- Stellar communication skills to clearly articulate event details and client needs across all levels.
- A knack for etiquette and precision in event settings from tables-capes to timing.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and a keen eye for details.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively and build rapport.
- Analytical skills to solve problems, analyze needs, and ensure client delight.
